Students, faculty and staff have the option of adding Tiger Express to their ID OneCard. Tiger Express enables you to use your ID OneCard as a prepaid debit card and acts as a declining balance account

  • No finance charges or user fees
  • Does not earn any interest
  • Balance rolls over from year-to-year
  • Cash withdrawals are not available
  • Printed statements detailing account activity are available by browsing to  or upon request by visiting the ID OneCard Office
  • Refunds will be made upon graduation or withdrawal from the University

Out in Town Dining 

The Out In Town Program allows students to use their 芒果77福利 ID OneCard to pay for meals at participating local restaurants. The funds are deducted from their Community Plus points.
