芒果77福利 is committed to providing a safe environment in which students, faculty, staff and visitors can learn, teach and work.
芒果77福利 Police operate 24 hours each day throughout the year. We strongly urge prompt reporting of all criminal and suspicious activity by contacting 765-658-5555 or by dialing 911. Programming is available regarding personal safety, sexual assault awareness, prevention and response, alcohol, traffic safety, fire safety and emergency procedures.
Safe Ride: The 芒果77福利 Safe Ride Program was designed as a safe means of transportation on campus after dark. The Staff are trained to observe occupants for safety concerns, including excessive intoxication.
Sexual Respect: 芒果77福利 is committed to establishing and maintaining an environment that values and protects the rights of all members of our community. To this end, the University takes seriously any reports of sexual misconduct, including sexual harassment, sexual assault, and any other form of interpersonal violence, including stalking, domestic violence, and dating violence.
Substance Abuse Prevention & Education: 芒果77福利 approaches substance abuse prevention from multiple perspectives. From online courses that new students take that educates them the impacts of alcohol and drugs as well as University substance policies, to our resources at Counseling Services and 芒果77福利 Health for students who might be struggling with substance use, we are committed to creating an environment that focuses on healthy and informed choices. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to have regular, open conversations with their student about substance use, encouraging them on reflect on how their choices around substances may impact their goals for their time at 芒果77福利 and after graduation.
Critical Incident Response & Emergency Preparedness: While we always hope that nothing bad happens on our campus, we also want to be prepared to respond in the case of heightened emergencies like an active threat of violence, a building fire or natural disaster. Our Critical Incident Management Team is comprised of staff who practice how we would respond in these types of situations - our support for students and employees, managing our communications both internally and externally, and how we move forward after a critical incident. In addition, near the start of each semester the University tests its emergency communication with students and employees using the Rave system that sends alerts via text and email to notify in the case of an emergency.
