External groups must provide a security deposit. The amount of the security deposit will be determined based on the scope of usage. Any damages to the space, contents, or instruments will be charged to the organization or individual hosting the event.
Events may not exceed the capacities set per the Fire Marshal.
All events are subject to calendar availability.
Late night, weekend, and large scale events may be subject to additional charges based on setup needs and scope of usage.
